sorry i have not posted in a bit. we were on vacation in vermont. it was truly relaxing. felt great to be together all week with no worries. 

i am hoping to start up the monthly meetings for IF in the next few weeks, so please if you know of anyone in RI or nearby MA that would be interested in attending pass the word along.
